About its Founder

Sanjay Raizada, Founder/CEO

IT Consultant with over 24 years of wide ranging and versatile experience in managing/ developing applications in various verticals, including the Banking & Financial Services. Over the period, he has acquired necessary experience of complete development life cycle knowledge using both waterfall & incremental strategies using RUP, SSADM. Is a certifed PRINCE-2 practioner and has thorough understanding of technologies from Microsoft (.NET) and Open source (J2EE/Java) stables

A decade’s stint in National Physical Laboratory(NPL), and another decade with Xansa, has provided contrasting and varied experience of delivering IT applications not only in the scientific environment but also in various commercial scenarios. During his last 5 years with Xansa, he worked in UK at various sites as Consultant/ Project Manager delivering products and transitioning services to offshore, for major Banks and Utilities companies in UK.

Taal Systems offers the services of the Offshore Development Center (ODC), thereby providing access to highly trained, low-turnover and expert staff in India required to exactly meet your needs. It is a virtual community of Software Architects and software engineers who complement your in-house staff remotely as per your business needs. ODC can perform a variety of services related to software development life cycle. We provide cost-arbitrage to the customer by taking up the development offshore at our facilities in New Delhi and Indirapuram.

Of course, due considerations are given to the protection of Intellectual Property Rights and business relationship and as such insist on mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect everybody’s interests.
